Online: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Check and Paypal payments are accepted. Check payments may delay shipping by two weeks and any returned check is subject to a $30 fee. Once your order is placed online, you will receive an email receipt.

Mail: You can also mail or email your order and send us a check for the total. Please look below to see if you qualify for taxable sales and to determine your correct shipping charges. All items shipped to a Kansas address are required to pay a 9.025% sales tax rate.


I take special care to ensure that every item on my site is created with special care to guarantee you are getting a high quality item. Most items are handcrafted when they are ordered so production time could take anywhere from 2–6 weeks. If you do have a special deadline, please let me know and I’ll do everything I can to create your item by the time you need it. Please remember that I do not start creating your product until I have received payment.


I ship everything USPS Priority Mail on domestic orders and USPS Global Priority Mail on international orders. If you would prefer a different shipping method, please email me for a quote.

Since each charm is specially handcrafted when ordered, I am not able to accept returns on charms. Please see my charm guarantee below for defective merchandise.

I would be happy to exchange charm making supplies and other items that are in unused condition and acceptable to sell to another customer. Charm making kits must be returned in whole or no refund will be given. I must receive your return within 15 days of receipt of your merchandise and you must notify me of your return at contact@tommicrystaldesigns.com. Shipping charges that have already been incurred cannot be refunded.  Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return merchandise and all other postal fees to insure that the package arrives safely back to me. Charges will be applied for shipping new products.

RUG EXCHANGES:  Please note on all rug exchanges there will be a 15% restocking fee and customer is responsible for all shipping charges that have been incurred.  These may be higher than shipping charges on your invoice and the exchange amount will be reduced if you received free shipping.

If your item has been damaged in the mail, please notify me immediately and save all items and packing material so that I can file a claim with the mail carrier.


Each one-of-a-kind charm is permanently encased in glass and finished with a 100% lead-free silver frame. They are carefully covered with a protective polish to help hold their shine. Over time, they may tarnish to a gray patina. To keep your charm shiny, polish with a metal polish cream such as Blue Magic Metal Polish, Simichrome Polish or even car polish. Be sure not to over polish. Your charm is not waterproof so any type of liquid or dip cleaner is definitely not recommended.


I take very special care to create my charms and I want them to last a lifetime, however, if something happens such as a jump ring pops off or the silver frame pulls away from the glass, I will repair it for FREE. In order for me to repair at no charge, glass must be returned and not broken and the image must be returned and not ruined.  Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return merchandise and all other postal fees to insure that the package arrives safely back to me.  We will pay for shipping charges back to you.  This guarantee does not include broken glass or ruined images because charm has been submerged into water. Please see charm care above.
