Delivery Information

Some items on my site are available now and some are made when you order them. I create everything by hand from raw materials and in order to ensure that you are receiving a high quality item, this can take 1-4 weeks. If you have a question about anything in stock, please email me at tommi@tommicrystaldesigns.com. 

If you do have a special deadline, please let me know and I'll do my best to finish it by that date!

Please remember that I do not start creating your product until I have received payment.
