ORDERING OPTIONS 

Online: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Check, Venmo and Paypal payments are accepted. Check payments may delay shipping by two weeks and any returned check is subject to a $30 fee. Check payments will delay production of your order until check clears.

TAXABLE SALES

All items shipped to a Kansas address are required to pay the current sales tax rate. 

EXCHANGES ONLY

I want you to be happy with your order so I will do what I can to work out any issues. Since each charm is handcrafted when ordered, I am not able to accept money back returns on any item. I do offer an exchange for an item (excluding custom orders or ring sizes) within 10 days of receipt. For this, you must fill out an online return request.

Please understand that this excludes any custom orders or ring size issues. 

Shipping charges that have already been incurred cannot be refunded and customer is responsible for shipping charges to return merchandise and all other postal fees to insure that the package arrives safely back to me. Charges will be applied for shipping new products. 

In the unfortunate event that an item is damaged during shipping, please send a picture to tommi@tommicrystaldesigns.com within 5 days of receipt. Postal carriers have changed their insurance claim policies and forces me to respectfully ask that you retain all packaging materials and damaged product and be prepared to take it to take it to the postal carrier before a refund or new product can be issued. 

JEWELRY CARE

Metals...

I create my pieces with raw materials and in that, each have their own personality and properties that can change the look of them over time. Shiny sterling silver can tarnish with air contact or sitting unworn for long periods of time. This can easily be poslished up with a polishing cloth or a little scrub with some toothpaste. Oxidized sterling silver can shine up and lose it's oxidation with wear but can easily be oxidized again. Contact me at tommi@tommicrystaldesigns.com if you need me to re-oxidize. Copper has a beautiful mind of it's own and will patina over time which can be an amazing transformation but if you like it better the way it started, you can polish it back up with a metal polish and polishing cloth.

I sometimes offer cleaning and maintenace services at my events but if you are bringing something, send me an email at tommi@tommicrystaldesigns.com so I know you're coming. I can sometimes bring equipment that I wouldn't normally bring so you can have your pieces back right away! 

Enamels...

Enameling is a glass coating that is heated in a kiln to fuse and create a very durable surface. However, it is glass and must also be handled with care. I recommend it not to be worn to the gym or for sports activities. Your piece cannot be folded or bent. To clean your enameled piece, you can simply wipe down with a damp cloth or polishing cloth. You can also periodically clean your enameled piece with a little soap and water but avoid anything with a citrus base or harsh chemicals. If you need help to clean your metal, please reach out to a local jeweler or myself and I will guide you through the process. 

Mood Rings...

The thermochromatic glass stone is hand crafted and set in sterling silver. Although very durable, you should not submerge your mood ring in water. Due to the high quantity of silver in your sterling silver piece, it will tarnish when exposed to oxygen for long periods of time. The more you wear your sterling piece, the faster the oils in your skin will create a shine of it’s own leaving the grooves untouched and shaded. When not wearing, store your piece completely dried in an air tight bag. If you would like to restore your piece to the all over darker patina, please give me a call. Enjoy your fun twist on the mood ring inspired by that of the ‘60’s and ‘70’s.

Since each piece is handmade, they come with their own imperfections which is what makes them amazingly perfect!
